Please brew them with care as you would any other fine products so that you may enjoy and appreciate their distinctive flavor profile.

Freshness tips:

  • Whenever possible, purchase whole bean coffee and buy only as much coffee as you intend to finish in a week.
  • Always store your coffee in a cool and air-tight container, preferably one with a rubber seal.

Grinding & grinder tips:

  • Never grind more coffee than you will use for immediate brewing as the flavorful oils in ground coffee are damaged when exposed to air.
  • Different methods of brewing require different grind consistency. Put simply:
  • Fine grind (almost powder-like) should be reserved for espresso.
  • Medium grind (granulated sugar consistency) is what you want to made drip coffee.
  • Coarse ground is typically for brewing in a French press / plunger.

Brewing tips:

  • Always use fresh water as this will affect the taste of your coffee! This is very important.
  • Never brew with boiling water as this will burn your coffee. Let boiling water sit for a minute before pouring.

To guarantee freshness of your coffee, all orders received after 1pm will be roasted and delivered the next day.

You are eligible for free shipping if your shipping address is in the Kelapa Gading and Sunter area. Local shipping charges (TIKI, JNE, etc.) apply to all other areas.

International shipping charges apply to areas outside Indonesia. Please note that we do not add any additional charges to shipping.
